Falling,Fallen-Getting up

Its been a while? Maryland is still Maryland .Winter is almost over . Life sometimes throws you curve balls.Have you ever felt that you had fallen too far, or strayed too much from God? That perhaps you could never get back to a close walk with Him because of your sins or shortcomings? Today i feel like that, but its great to know that nothing that happens to us is new under the sun.

If you feel like I do Remember 1.Have faith in His faithfulness. Even when we are faithless, He remains faithful (2 Timothy 2:13). Remember, this walk with God is about His faithfulness.2. Believe that God finishes what He starts. Philippians 1:6 says, 'He began a good work in you. He will finish it!'3. Remember the prodigal son. (Luke 15:13-20) He had wasted everything, lost everything. Yet his father received him back. How much more will your Heavenly Father accept you? MUCH MORE.4. Go to God now. Run to Him. This is the will of God. I have never seen the perfect will of God illustrated more clearly than in these words: (Luke 15:18) “I will arise and go to my father.” When you GO TO HIM, you are IN His will.5. Be in awe of His love. (Luke 15:20) "While he was still far away, His father saw him; was filled with compassion and ran to him...” Notice, his father came to him, when he was far from home. No matter how FAR AWAY you feel you are, God is coming to you!6. Blessing and inheritance follow after love. When the son received his father’s love, blessings abounded. (Luke 15:22-24) “Bring the best robe...”

I put my faith in God’s faithfulness. He started a good work in me, and He will finish it. No matter how far away I feel I am from God’s will, I will arise and go to Him. I trust that He will embrace me; have compassion on me, and restore me to Him. I am in awe of His love, and I expect the blessing and inheritance to come to me because of His love
